Shipping & Processing Because every book at Julibelle Books is uniquely personalized and printed just for your child, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be custom-made before it ships.

Once your book is printed and bound, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or for customer typos made during the ordering process. Please double-check all names, spellings, and personalized details before completing your checkout!

Damages and Manufacturing Defects

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your storybook. If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a physical manufacturing defect, we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

To initiate a replacement for a damaged book:

1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

2. Email us at hello@juliebellebooks.com with your order number and a clear photograph showing the damage or defect.

3. Once reviewed, we will expedite a replacement book to you within 2 to 3 business days.
